Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the delivery date, so you have ample time to try out your Smartsuit or Smartgloves before deciding whether to keep it or return it for a full refund.

Please keep in mind that to receive a full refund, the electronics must not be damaged and the textiles must not show any visible wear and tear marks.

Cost

Please note that all shipping costs associated with returning the Smartsuit to Rokoko will be the customer's responsibility. The amount due to be refunded will be reduced by the shipping costs.
