This is for anyone who's looking to exchange their Rokoko hardware for a different size.
Size Exchange Policy
If you purchased a Smartsuit Pro II or Smartgloves and need a different size, you can return the item to us for a size swap within 30 days of the delivery date. Rokoko will cover the cost of the size swap within this period. However, please keep in mind that we are unable to process a size exchange after this time frame.
Keep in mind that the item must be in good condition. If it has any wear and tear marks or is damaged, additional costs may apply.
How do I arrange a size exchange?
To exchange for a different size, please send an email to support@rokoko.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Full name
- Address
- Postal code
- City
- Phone number
- New Size
We would be glad to assist you throughout the process and provide you with return labels.
Please keep in mind that for the suit, only the suit's textile needs to be returned. You can find detailed instructions on how to remove and insert the electronics from the textile in this link.
Additionally, for glove size exchanges, it's important to note that the gloves should be returned as they are, without removing any components.
