Size Exchange Policy
If you have purchased a Smartsuit Pro or Smartgloves and found that you require a different size, you are welcome to return the item to us for a size swap, within the 30-day return period (counting from the delivery date), After this point, we will not be able to process a size exchange.
Please be aware that the item must be received in good condition. If the item is damaged or has wear and tear marks, additional costs might apply.
How do I arrange a size exchange?
Please email support@rokoko.com with your order number and the size that you require. We will be more than happy to assist in the process & provide you with the return labels.
