Generating Motion from a Text Prompt

  1. Select the Text Input tab in the main input area.

  2. In the text box, type a clear description of the motion you want. For best results, start with phrases like “A person…” followed by the action.

    • Examples: “A person walking forward,” “A person jumping,” etc.

  3. Press Enter or click Create to start the animation generation.

Tips for better prompts:

  • Use specific but simple descriptions (e.g., “sitting down slowly”).

  • Avoid overly long paragraphs — short, precise instructions work best.

  • Run multiple tries and tweak wording if you want variations.

Preview & Retry

Once you submit a text prompt or video:

  • You’ll see a preview of the generated motion within the portal.

  • If the result isn’t what you expected:

    • Click Regenerate Motion with the same prompt, or

    • Edit your prompt and generate a new version.

This lets you iterate until you’re satisfied with the animation.

Exporting & Next Steps

After you get an animation you like using the Text:

  1. Click Add clip to scene.

  2. You will be prompted to log in using your Rokoko ID email address so that the animation gets imported into your Rokoko Studio account.

  3. Use cropping, smoothing, and looping tools in those applications to refine your motion further.

Note: Rokoko Studio Preview has tools like smoothing and loops that help polish generated clips before export.
