Note: If you have the Glove-Ready edition of the suit, please first disconnect the Smartgloves from the Smartsuit Pro II.
How to generate log files for the Smartsuit Pro II:
- Please disconnect your Smartgloves from the Smartsuit Pro II if you have the Glove-Ready edition
- Launch Rokoko Studio.
- Connect your Smartsuit Pro II to your power bank.
- Connect your Smartsuit Pro II to your computer using the USB-C to USB-A cable provided by Rokoko.
A prompt will appear in the top right corner of Rokoko Studio. Click the blue "Configure" button.
Click the "Generate log file" button in the Diagnostics tab.
Click on the question mark on the top right corner of Rokoko Studio and then click the "Open log files folder" option, in order to locate the log files.
