Introduction

Studio Log files are important when a Studio related issue appears. Some examples of errors are:

  • Error during initialization
  • Rokoko device not connecting to the router via WiFi
  • Sensor related errors
  • Recording and export related issues

For all those issues, Studio related Log files are needed in combination with the actual device Log files if the issue is related to the Rokoko devices as well (WiFi connection failed, error during startup, etc).

How to get the Studio Log files

To get the Studio Log files with the most recent Studio information, follow the steps below:

  • Click on the question mark on the top right corner of Rokoko Studio and then click the "Open log files folder" option, in order to locate the log files.
