This article will assist you in applying your voucher code, and activating your licence for Rokoko Studio.
Creating your Rokoko ID
If you haven't already, you will first need to create your Rokoko ID. Please follow these instructions on how to do this.
Applying a voucher code
Upon purchasing a paid subscription to Rokoko Studio via our website (www.rokoko.com), you will receive an email with a unique voucher code. Following the link in that email will take you to your Rokoko ID where you will be prompted to enter the code. We suggest activating your voucher once you receive your Rokoko gear.
Note that the voucher is valid for three (3) months after purchase date. After the 3-month period, the voucher will expire and you will no longer be able to use it.
If you have received a code from someone at Rokoko, you will need to go to id.rokoko.com and select the relevant Team that you wish for the voucher to apply to. For this example we will select the team "Test".
You will then see a blue button in the top right corner that says Upgrade Plan. Select this option.
Next, you will see a button that prompts you to enter your voucher code. Enter the code that you have been sent in the email, and then hit Apply. The subscription your code unlocks will then appear for you to view and press the blue button "Continue"
From here, you will then need to enter your card details for billing purposes. It's important to note that the card will not be charged, but will be saved for auto-renewal purposes. You can of course switch this off at a later point if you wish.
After this, all you need to do is hit "Go to Confirmation", and the license will have been activated!
