Claiming your 7-day free trial of Rokoko Studio Plus or Pro
You can claim your free trial by creating a new Rokoko Team. Please make sure you have created a Rokoko ID first. Instructions for creating your Rokoko ID can be found in this article.
Please note that you do not have to be a new customer to claim a free trial, just follow the steps below to give it a go!
If you have claimed a free trial previously, you will not have the option of claiming another.
In order to claim your 7-day free trial of Rokoko Studio Plus or Pro you need to:
- Log into id.rokoko.com with your Rokoko ID

Select "Create new team"

Name your Team and click "Create team"

After you name your team the system will ask you to select your Plan preference.

Since we want to try the Free trial version of Plus or Pro we need to select "Choose Starter"

Now that our new team "Rokoko" has been created, on the main hub of our Studio Account where all our teams are displayed we select our new team

Now that we are within the Rokoko team, on the right hand side of the scree we can see the option for a "Free Plus Trial" or a "Free Pro Trial" and we can select the one we prefer.

Once you select one of the two free trial options a new window will pop-up to fill out your billing information.
Please be advised that it is mandatory to fill out the billing information in order to activate the Free trial.
After you complete all the mandatory fields and press "OK" your Free trial will be activated under your team.

Kindly note that you do not wish your trial to upgrade to a monthly plan after the 7 day trial period, you may select the option "Cancel Plan" under the team your trial is already activated prior to the expiration date of your Free trial.
