Introduction
You have created a scene, created animations, but you want to share that scene with another Team Member so that they can work on it.

Process
- After you log in, from the main Rokoko Studio window, click the Projects Tab.
- Select the Project that the scene you want to share is in.
- Right click on the scene you want to share with a Team Member.
- Click "Copy Scene".
- You will be asked to select the Team Member that the scene will be shared with. This is what "Created By" means.
- Select the Team Member that you want to share the scene with. The "Create in Project" can be the same.
- Click "Copy".
- The new scene will be created and it can only be opened by the Team Member selected.
Important!
Please note that the new scene is a completely different scene and any changes made in that scene will not be reflected to the original scene.
If you want to then edit and share the newly edited scene, you will need to share that scene using the steps described above.
